RA Base Building Introduced
Updated Lasers to visually show the beam, ANPEQ is now a IR Laser (only seen with NV)
Updated MK47 and added MK47 Handguard/CMMG Ripstock/762 PMAG
Fixed issue where you can't place Territory HQ's
Added more slots for Upkeep to HQ's

Raid Bag is a lot more durable
Updated AS-VAL Model/Texture
Updated AR15 to have same model as M4A1
Galil now takes normal 556 magazines
