Optimized Hacked Crate networking
Fixed a server crash + probably optimized the networking of codelock / door sounds
Newly spawned player called in airdrops will have markers
Added higher quality Patrol Heli LODs

Reworked Event Spawns - Hacked Crates and Patrol Helis now respawn on a consistent timer
Hacked Crate marker and spawning was slightly reworked, marker now disappears when crate is looted. Keycard crates also have a marker.
Fixed Hacked Crates and Airdrops lasting entire restart
Fixed Military Airdrops spawning 2 guns instead of one
Fixed Airdrop radio announcement (Marker is still bugged until I can find a solution, just spent an hour trying to find one)
Patrol Heli HP increased from 7500 > 12500
