Rewards for the quest "Debut" have been changed.

Rep System Rebalance

Rep catchup mechanic added - there is now a minimum rep level each week, at 7 day intervals throughout the wipe you'll be raised to the next rep level, allowing players to server hop / snowball on new servers


Basic bolt action rifles rep leves (Mosin/Winchester) have been lowered to Tier 2 (750 rep).
Military crates at now purchasable at 750 rep, along with single gun racks. Double gun racks have been lowered to the 2500 rep level.

The final rep level has been adjusted to 25k rep instead of 22k rep.
Full auto 308s (and Spears) are no longer buyable at the highest rep level.
Top-tier helmets (Altyn/Maska) are no longer buyable at the highest rep level.
Top-tier armors are no longer buyable at the highest rep level.
338 rifles are no longer buyable at the highest rep level.
308 and Spear suppressors are no longer buyable at the highest rep level.
