New Features
Smoke Grenades: Greatly expanded covered area and duration of smoke grenades, making them a worthwhile cover source even in open fields
AI: AI has been re-enabled as their respawn issue is now resolved. AI will now spawn around the map, some military, some civilian scavs. AI are disabled as player pop is at its max, and more AI patrols will spawn as player count on a server goes down.

Economy
Metal Sheet buy cost has been cut in half (20k per sheet)
All economy spawns (containers, ground loot, etc) of Metal Sheet have been buffed
Gunpowder economy spawns have been buffed (by about x1.3)
