Added the long awaited new rep tier (22k rep)
Overhauled Yellow Keycard on Chernarus
Nerfed Vector damage/bullet velocity, recoil. Made it 5x3 instead of 6x3, improved its textures, and fixed the magazine issue
Increased UMP45 damage/bullet velocity, reduced recoil
Reduced P90 recoil
Takistan Black Key fix
