Dialogue reputation changes rebalanced and (in some cases) fixed.

NPC recruitment altered to a couple of ways; recruitment costs have been increased, and now the NPC checks to see if they are stronger than you, and will charge more to be hired if they are.

There are now different limits to reputation gained through certain actions. For example, you can only raise your reputation with a faction to 50 with the charity npc interaction.

Smut Quest reworked so that the guard now accompanies you for the duration.

Fixed some dialogue strangeness on shek kingdom npc's.

Fixed priorities of dialogue on recruitment attempt, now accurately has a price and success chance based off your faction relations.
