Reworked insult dialogue tree for more depth and /FUN/.

Did some bug fixing on the smut quest line.

Various spelling/grammar fixes, changed intervals of passive dialogue to be much more rare and added more variety to the existing ones.

Fully implemented shopkeeper extortion dialogue chain, including encounter with rival bandit gang (or possible avoidance of.)

Added ability to buy a round of drinks for patrons at the bar. (Triggers a group dialogue and slightly increases faction relations.)

Cleaned up and added some more meat to various ambient player dialogues.

Various typo/grammar fixes.
