-Moved the wrist light to a torso light as to "fix" the invisible wall bug that would stop lights. Hopefully, the wristlight returns in a future update

-Changed how burn damage resistance works: (NERF) It now only has 20% fire resistance, but it has a hidden stat of 20% chance to block any fire damage incoming

-Warsuit no longer has a chance to negate bleeding damage recieved.
