Improved compression, reducing the mod size from 334MB to 165MB.

Added BI cinematics. Some of the victory cinematics are missing in BI for some reason, and as such they're not replaced. They only did half of the faction's victory cinematics in the original: WRE, ERE, Alemanni, Franks, Goths, Huns, Sarmatians, Sassanids, Saxons and Vandals.
