Revert

Reverting to old version of the map, until I have sorted some problems

-Fixed footstep sounds playing when the sniper's car turned
-Improved sound quality of some of the voice-lines
-Minor visual fixes

Can you imagine using wrong audio file ,then trying to pack it into the map 3times and wondering why it isn't working? that'd be embarrassing...
