Fixed:
Lights didn't turn on when it was sunset /rain or sunrise/ rain

Fixed the following bugs:

• Sometimes when in the extra option and when the weather is set to clear it still rains
  
• The lights are on during the day in the extra options
  
• Club Okami doors do not open properly
  
• Club Okami timer is set a little too high
  
• You cannot select time options when the extra option is turned on

Added the bookcase asset to every layer.
Bug:
Sometimes when going for the extra option and even though it is selected as clear, it might rain.
Current fix:
Load Sunny, Clear first and then go out of the map and when in the menu again you can select "Extra"
Working on permanent fix.

Fixed an issue with the lights being turned on at day time if you chose "day + clear"

Fixed the map's sign saying "WIP V1.2" to "RELEASED V1.2"
