巨构拆解可以拆所有巨构，包括mod的，然后回收资源。

Megastructure dismanlte can dismantle all megastructures, including mods, and then recycle resources.
Self dismantling can reverse technology that you don't have from a fleet you control. If you gain control of a fleet from other empire, you can try spending some resources to reverse the technology inside. Note that this feature will no longer destroy this fleet.
