- Finally fixed an issue with the hat item not displaying properly in some animations

- Fixed some dialogue issues
- Added German localization

Slight dialogue changes, that's all

The Witch will now move in with proper witchy names, rather than old names for the Wizard.
The Witch now has proper gore sprites instead of using the old Wizard gore.

HUGE thanks to Leinfors and the other Re-Logic devs for making it possible for resource packs to change the names of every NPC. You people are great!

Now replaces Wizard's Hat item with Witch's Hat (sold by the NPC during Halloween)

Updated steam page with a new icon, had to update the pack itself for that to happen
