Sadly the changes I made to the preview didn't act the same way in game as in the DevKit, therefor no performance improvment until I have figured it out. Sorry.

- Added MultiCharAdmin command
- Added Ctrl+Shift+L hotkey to open the Admin menu
- Added the admin menu with settings to limit the amount for characters/plyaer

Chracters now correctly re-load on switching characters.
