- Removed veteran skills from some characters that shouldn't have them
- Added veteran skills for "Parte Legendary Lords - Revived and Kemmler [S&F]" mod

Added some optimization to the skills in the skill dump due the increased time of opening character panel. The delay is decreased by around 30%.
Now, all skill dumps have 80 levels and do not provide hero success chance or decrease enemy success.
Added a new skill to compensate for that to some degree.
So for the campaign heroes it's better to take all other skills before taking the dump :D
