- increased endlag (18 > 20) on hit (27 > 30) on whiff

+ Flower lifetime increased (420 frames {7 seconds} > 600 frames {10 seconds}
- Fly trap chomp stun time decreased (95 frames > 60 frames)
//Chomp was really good at holding people and letting you get a free strong but also hard to land. now it should be easier to land but a bit harder to get a fully charged strong from a chomp
