added Dynamic probability of obtaining an artifact.
Now, the more artifacts of a certain type you have, the less chance you have of getting another one.

In DLC:
Now some of the artifacts are marked as "Terrestrial" or "Space" with some probability according to an empirical formula, depending on how many artifacts of one type or another are left before receiving the achievement.
A small tune up of the Care Package animation so that the Artifact inside also looks entombed.
