Updated the combat potential granted by the unit abilities because they were significantly too high.

Modified some of Alastar's skills to tone down their power some (they were a bit much).
Specifically reduced the number of entities healed each second with his "First of the Lions" ability

Realized I used the wrong icon for Alastar's "The Cavalry" ability. Changed it to something more logical.
