Now on PKK is removable via decisions, keep in mind that PKK's power should be less than 15 to do that.

Some bugs that obstacle the removal of the mafia system has removed. (Still needs to tested though)

I am still researching why the game blocks the core of the eastern provinces.
So Eastern States still cannot be cored, but now on removing the PKK effect removes the cores of Kurdish Regime in Eastern Turkey.
Also Turkey now gains a state modifier called "The Offical Land Of The Republic" which makes the state like a core.

(So there won't be high rebels in this region after the PKK removal)
