HUGE UPDATE!

Changes:
* Updated grapple physics to make it a bit simpler. Still has same features, just simplified the math making it a bit more predictable.
* Updated tether physics to use the new VelocityContraint() function.
* Old tether physics system was also updated and can be toggled to in the settings menu.
* The settings menu was completely revamped. It is now accessed through the pause menu instead of the mod menu. It has all new GUI and 4 new or changed settings AND KEYBINDS. (all previous settings got reset because of internal refactoring.)

Known Issues:
* Missing handedness setting. Will release update in next 15 minutes.

I've been working on some fixes and tweaks for quite a while. This update redid a lot about the options, so they have been reset and tweaked.

I tweaked some internal physics stuff and made the antigrav smoothly transition in.

Tweaked the tether system, and fixed the issue where people couldn't retract tethers because of a dumb oversight I had.
