Code has been updated thanks to Rusty Dios, hopefully it fixes issues with building Elite Sparks (AKA sparks who start at higher ranks).

Sparks trees have been slightly reworked again.
Power cores are a new item in this mod. They can be used to build Sparks or gear meant for the Sparks.
