Added sprites for the demoman's Party varient. He's too tall for his hat, don't bully him about it. Also added a map icon.

Added in localization files for custom dialogues! Every line for the demoman has been changed. Also added in a map icon and changed the NPC's name from 'demolitionist' to 'demoman'.
