how to use?
1. when valkyrie state, you can marking [call] to enemies.
Marking [call] - hit enemy : 5% / hit by enemy : 50%
2. if enemies have [call] mark then, actiavte [Call Lightning] strike to enemies after few second from the sky.
increase damage 20,30,40,50 by each level 10
