- added Promet Ammo 6.5mm to supplybox from OPFPR
- added code to block objects from blacklist when mission starts
- changed automatic script to wait for all players before mission starts -> dumb wait for 30s before timer starts

no delay for game starting, otherwise JIP players have to wait 30s also before they can leave base
