- upstrong knockback scaling .9 > .85
= added small border around homing icon, and moved below player for better visibility.
+ ftilt no longer removes homing debuff.
- hitting hexwhize will now remove the debuff from affected target.
+ uptilt and upair now both apply the debuff in addition to ftilt.
+ uptilt scoop base knockback increased from 3.5 > 4.5 to scoop up shorter characters more consistently.
+ adjusted jab 3 hitboxes very slightly to make the meteor a little easier to hit.
+ jab 2 window cancel frame 4 > 3 to make tilts a bit easier to execute.
+ can special cancel out of any ftilt hit to bypass the final 8 frames of endlag.
- all special‘s cancel windows increased by 1.
= marked Nspecial spawns slightly closer.
= dstrong unbashable.

Next update will likely have a lot of homing tentacle changes. Hopefully.
