fixed most modded projectiles that did not work, using the new howitzer collision thingy (they don't collide with eachother until a few seconds after spawning)
missiles still have extra delay before shooting though, those may still collide with eachother after a bit otherwise since they're erratic

Scattershot 20mms work now
