V5 Blood hivers are no longer anti-social (fixed broken dialogue)

Blood Hivers are now recruitable and have a chance to appear at any bar where Hivers could previously be found. They also have a small chance to spawn in Shek territory.

New Item - Blood Cube: Blood and strawflour combined into a dense cube. More efficient for travel.

New Building - Blood Silo: consumes body bags to produce Pure Blood

New Building - Blood Oven: consumes Pure Blood and Strawflour to produce Blood Cube.

New death item - Body Bag: This item is used to represent the corpse or unconcious body of an NPC. Bring this back to the Blood Silo.
-I'd love to have a way to use the actual bodies of npcs for this process but I have yet to figure out how to make it work. The body bag item is my solution in the mean time.
