- Bugfix: Fixed Nationalist duplicate popup issue (I think).

- Bugfixes: Various
- Change: Planetary Slave Revolts can morph into Sectoral Slave Revolts
- Change: Both the Sectoral Slave Situations and Separatist Sectoral Factions will now only check to form yearly instead of monthly. This feels more realistic.
Change: Sectoral revolts (separatist and slave) will only happen when a certain percentage of the population of the sector has been radicalized, as opposed to just 2 planets in a sector.
- Change: AI difficulty has been raised slightly for ethics based Civil Wars. In my few playthroughs, I noticed very few Civil Wars or uprisings in general.
- Likely some other little changes.
