- Bugfix: Planetary Separatist Factions will now disband again (after being stable + low crime for a certain amount of time).

- Bugfix/Change: Telling your subject to wage a civil war alone when you were in a federation caused a crash. This can no longer happen as you no longer have the option of telling your subject to wage war alone.

If a subject contract has the Overlord joining All/Defensive wars for the subject, they will get the message and be asked to lead the war or to let the rebels be independent.

If a subject contract has it such that the Overlord joins None/Offensive wars, the subject themselves will get to decide what to do.
