Fixed spectators counting as part of the traitor count

Voting window no longer takes mouse focus if player freezing during voting is off

Removed the floating knife the appeared on bodies when the impostor kill knife was used

- All automatically spawned guns/ammo are removed on ttt_amongusskeld when the among us randomat triggers, to hopefully fix tasks starting completed when the round starts
- Voting window now automatically focuses the mouse, you no longer have to hold tab to vote
- The sabotage indicators are now applied even while the among us randomat isn't running on ttt_amongusskeld

Added a base randomat function from the other randomat packs

- Fixed not turning off the floor weapons mod while not playing on the among us map, if the floor weapons giver mod is installed
