Just changed the mod-thumbnail with added text. No changes for the mod itself.

Reduced deadliness a lot. In my runthroughs almost every family had some dead children... thats just too much and feels not realistic anymore.

Because of the bug-fix I had to rebalance some stuff because the bug made pregnancy much less dangerous (no sick children events happened)... mod should be in better shape again as I made it less deadly.

Diseases do not happen so often anymore, but still dangerous for children.
