* Fixed heroes being teleported in the middle of map if the die and revive fast.

* Most loot drops from mobs/bosses now will drop in the inventory of players(by turn, random) and on the ground near them if their inv is full.
* Reversed the starting items to be given normally (seems sometimes players were missing starting items)
* Added a check for units that have been alive for more than 2 min to be teleported in the middle of the map and have vision around them, this might help with identifying if the round stuck was because of an unit stuck outside map.

* Roshan now drops the Super Scepter directly into the inventory of a random player each time it dies and the ss drops procs(it will not get another one until all get one). The chance is determined by the number of players in the game.
* The chance for 4 and 5 players has been increased from 40% to 45%. The chance for 3 players remains at 37%, for 2 players 25%, and for 1 player at 18%.
* Most of the items that get rewarded by the system now drop on the ground if inventory/backpack/stash is full instead of just losing them.
* Fix still being able to buy Philo stone tru neutral shop.
* Snapfire new talent (25% cdr), and increased lil shredder talent from 20 to 30.

* Removed bane special illusions from aghanim (they don't desappear completely and lang the game)
* Replaced venge comander aura (had same special illusion like bane) with the custom commander aura(scales with agi).

* Philosophers stone from 500 gpm to 777 and now is given to all players at the start of the game(can't be bought). you can type the command "-sellstone" to sell (10k in first ~3 min of the game or half price anytime after)
* Silencer has a new talent at lvl 10 (+1 heap) that affects ss too.
* Buffed Snapfire ult, Q, and shredder
* Slark heap stacks multiplayer moved from lvl 25 to lvl 10 and from +2 to +3 bonus stacks.
* Num spell amp limit from hp regen from 2x lvl to 3x.

* Reload now has self autocast option, from 0.4 to 0.9 cd (similar to shot)
* Autocast(single one) now has 0.1s tick rate on sniper/karder
* Updated tooltip for change bullet type skill (sharpell one)

* Fix CM Q interrupting channeling.
* Dazzle shadow wave how now fewer max targets and can't be multicasted. Dazzle is no longer Underdog.
* Fix Double Trouble solo boss effect being trigger temporary (when another boss is out of the world or invul)
* Fix Amalgamation SS (io ult) starting on OFF by default.
* Fixed some talents, and replaced lvl 10 venge talent.
* Removed Natural order (-magic resist one) from spiders/chen pool. (does not work anymore with them)
* Omniknight Purification has an extra SS effect, reduced the Raw dmg/heal numbers but increased the %HP talent, and now scales with spell amp too (only 30%). dmg is dealt with in 2 instances.
* Hammer of purity does not interrupt movement now.
* Nature Guise passive now has lvl scaling element.
* Octarine Core now works with the extra slot.
* Kardel(sniper form2):
--Reload bullet now can be used multiple times before shooting (each use will add 1 more bullet)
--Added new Super Scepter effects for Kardel(sniper form 2)
--Hunting Mark now cannot be dispelled.
--Now Starts with Multicast(N)
--Reduced SS bonus effect rate.
* Frostmourne SS effect -ignores base armor, now affects both the extra dmg and the original frostbite dmg, the hp regen in dmg from 5x to 21x.
* Multicast animation and sound effects will now proc at max 1 time/s for each player, and now is affected by the '-effect_rate nr' command in case you want even less animation on that.
* Str now gives 8x more regen (from 0.05 to 0.4)
* Fire rapier armor reduction from 11 to 12, chance from 5% to 6%, and duration from 6 to 7 sec.
* Added a dynamic physical reduction to all bosses above lvl 79 (before only aiolos had and was not well balanced):
---the closer to 0 armor the higher the physical reduction, you will still deal like 2-3-4x dmg if you reach negative armor compared with 100,200+ armor)
* CrossBow crush armor effect duration from 1.1s to 2s.
* Willbraker from 5.5-sec cd to 5, duration from 0.7 to 1.5s, armor reduction from 50% to 40%.
* Hammer of the divine max armor reduction from 135 to 195 and min reduction from 35 to 55.
* Added Wave of Terror in the random ability pool. armor reduction per 100 agility adjusted to a fixed 1, talent bonus agi dmg increased by 3.
* Broken Wings will not consume wings stacks if is not in slot 1 and the dmg instance is not over the dynamic limit.
* Added new item: Greater Orb of Destruction.
* Red divine rapier now gives more bonus dmg against challenge boss (including extra from edible)
* Ion shell now uses str+int and is reduced from max 35x to 30x. Added an autocast option, when enabled it will use the stats of the hero on(str+int).
* Kunkka Tidebringer now Has a Super Scepter Effect, has a lower cd at the start, and has a new talent for it.
* Void The world Crono now does not take dmg reduction from the enemy but gives the ally's 50% Dmg output.
* Undying Ultimate does not make the enemy take more dmg anymore, now has an increased Str bonus.
* Added "-effect_rate nr" for 2 new spells (Karder and kunkka)
* and some other stuff and fixes.

* Fixed Juggernaut missing talent and replaced 2 talents with omnislash ones.
* Buffed Zanto Gari's last level stats, aghanim mana cost from 25% to 10%, and the talent.
* Dazzle shallow grave cd is the same on all lvls now.
