Added Ginger Ale, implemented soda spawns to some procedural tables, added some tooltips, and reduced the 12-pack spawn rates for balance reasons (they were too plentiful).

Added custom made 3D models for the Additional Sodas, and fixed a bug that sometimes prevented the Additional Sodas from spawning in Pop vending machines.
