Sorry, I forgot to disable "ready" animation from p345, now is done

- Sight time fixed
- Pistols Muzzles Attachments worldmodel resized
- P345 and Glock 19 (also Gewehr 43 just in case), the slide will not stay static back after reloading
- Aditional Notes. P345 never had a "ready" animation in the weapon animations.

A little fix for the M16

All weapons have all attachment fixed (First Person & Third Person)

- Tacticals Attatchs Fixeds
- World Model and View Model Attachment relocated
- Gewehr's Scopes and Sights relocated (Not all Sights and Scopes are "comfortably" visibles)
- All pistols Attachments (Tacticals and Muzzles) relocated
