Clan Pestilens
- Removed replenishment bonuses (penalty still applies at hostile)
- Toxic Attacks for Gutter Runners and Slingers (Poison)
- Reduces leadership and applies a damage over time debuff

Clan Moulder
- HP bonus reduced and only applies to characters now

Thanks to Kurisu for spotting these bugs

- Fixed issue where Pestilens growth wasn't applied to provinces
- Poisoned Blades now properly applies the poison debuff to enemies and no longer poisons themselves

- Added bonuses to schemes so completing contracts now has a tangible effect on scheme generation
- Experience gained for doing contracts now varies depending on the tier of contract

Clan Moulder
- Mutations now affect all Moulder units as well
