+ Rifle Grenade support for AR10, FN FALs (argentine grenade launcher not yet added), Enfield No4.

Changed:
- Enfield hold animation improved

Fixed:
- M203 now does not use scope optic
- M203 no longer breaks vanilla EGLM

Burst indicator on M16A2 and associated variants

Changed:
Optics for AR10 and AR15 now use optic class group - mostly just more useful for me, but should make it easier for others to add their own optics to support in the future.

AR10 Portuguese Marksman edition

AR10s now only support Delft 3x25 scope, removing support for previous ar15 scopes (would not actually fit) - if you need to adjust addons/scripts, classname for new scope is: sp_fwa_scope_ar_delft3x25
