• Fixed the bug that faction council's Finance Bohai Bay Pirate Raids and Finance Gulf of Tonkin Pirate Raids won't spawn pirates as the Finance Xianbei Barbarian Raids option. invasion_northern_ports_southern_ports.lua
• Fixed the bug that strategic threat in 194 and 200 campaigns won't scale with difficulty as other campaigns. zzz_campaign_difficulty_threat
• Fixed the bug that AI in 200 campaign doesn't have their hint regions. zzz_3k_dlc07_start_pos_hint
• Fixed the bug that the probability of battle weathers in default climate region during summer is not sum up to 100%. zzz_default_summer_dry

• In the previous fix for Imperial garrison, EP’s garrison was replaced. Now garrisons in EP should be correct.
• Fixed the bug that FLC strategists including Li Ru, Xun You missing the animation of holding fans.
• Fixed the bug that Wutugu himself will be used by AI as strategist causing not engaging in melee during battles.

• Fixed Kong Rong's Academies of Culture, Ma Teng's Xiliang Supply Lines, and Gate Pass buildings can't be affected by several building cost or building time effects.
• Fixed Cao Hong and Cao Zhang's birth year to allow them spawn faster (won't affect start dates the Cao Zhang already was born).
• Fixed a potential bug about Shi Yi when using this mod with other mod.
