Fixes and balancing alignment with the penetration plugin

Fixes:
- Fixed STI Combat Master barrel attach point
- Fixed Colt magazine collider
- Fixed AKM upgrade handguard crafting glitch
- Fixed AKM not able to attach certain attachment groups
- Fixed VPO-209 attachment positions

Tweaks:
- Tweaked snipers do 7-20% less damage, headshot multiplier was reduced from 1.3 to 1.2, but gets compensated by appropriate penetration
- Tweaked Mosin loose cartridges magazine to clip magazine - does not despawn when empty
- Tweaked visual appearance of the Mosin Nagant to better distinguish it from the Mosin Infantry
- Replaced Mosin and ASh-12 suppressor sounds with the fitting original sounds
