changed nil for uncategorized to proper string for it

added category support

Updated for mapupdate catching key presses as that normally stops postrenderhud also fixed a error with nill bindings

added kp_0 and kp_. to the enum allowing people to bind it as a button

Sort list by key_id alphabetically so they stay the same order.
Extend the list length so the scroller actually has some use.

Added support for unbinding, and tooltips to explain the bind better.

Renamed old music coordinator

Remove references to gravyui as it doesnt use it.
