Fixed broken Side duct shutoff command.

Missed a Duct Block last patch. Some minor optimisation.

Hotfix for AI pathing issue and oxygen in lower decks. Optimised the side ducts into ballast so they shouldnt get stuck open.

Added DS (Drone/Shuttle) equipped versions.

First Rescale release... will add drone variants next update.

Lets see if Ive figured out the problem.....

This may be my last attempt for the night.. if it still doesnt work I will try tomorrow.
