UPDATE: Added some more config options to control how/when to display the numerical kills number.

UPDATE: Now has a config option to hide the nickname in the small (topline) display, eg Rk. Rusty 'Bleedout' Dios > Rk. Rusty Dios

BUGFIX: Fixes the incompatible name colouring caused by Psi Overhaul v3 and
Kirukas LWOTC ModJam, by stripping out the colour tags in tactical. The colour should still work in strategy if enabled.
