Added in a domination victory only version of the map. (civ 5 save editor didn't seem to like the earth 2014 civs mod)

finally managed to update it
-removed freedom policies from brazil
-placed america and russia's unique submarines on the map (previously they were just default nuclear subs)
-put airports in some australian cities

made it so it actually shows up in the map selection menu (hopefully)
