Typo in Value of max. trative effort

Changes to Weight to be more accurate.
Changed max. tractive eff. from wheel to rail. this way it produces the correct accelerations.

Changelog: Max. Acc. set to 2.6 m/s^2 (as well breaking) (theortical max for all axles driven, otherwise buggy)
Added Correct max. traction (100kn per driven bogie)
Added doors: 4 pax /s per car (2*2m wide doors), so 120 pax / 30s per car.
Changed max pax to 180/240 (from 190/250) so stopping time calculation is simpler.
price per km per pax reduced to 0.025
price per km 6.75/4.5/2.75 (Bo_Bo,Bo_2,2_2)
roughly same price per km if the train is half full.
