More rework:

- microphones are back
- evacuation sounds are back
- main code rework
- explosion rework (now a little smaller)
- rewrote the fuel crane code, no longer crashes the game
- removed crane function on the fuel crane
- radiation glow is back
- elephant's foot rework, you now get damaged if you get close enough to it

Big optimisation update:

- map shapes: reduced from ~5900 to ~5200
- rebuilt the main building in one magicavoxel file and placed it back in the map
- rebuilt the staff rooms in one magicavoxel file and placed it back in the map
- rebuilt cooling towers in one magicavoxel file and placed them back in the map
- rebuilt building 2's roof and exterior system in one magicavoxel file and placed it back in the map
- removed the dirt road that went around the map
- replaced some wooden fences; rebuilt with guardrails
- moved some guardrails into compounds
- moved forest ground tiles into compounds
- moved some bush lines into compounds
- building 2's support beams are no longer props
- the catwalk from building to building is now inside a compound but it's still one big prop
