* Pirates no longer fly just three types of small ships, they will also field a seclection of "lease" fighters, based on the cluster they are in.
* Medium transporters can carry some cargo now. It's not that useful, but why not?
* I added a gamestart: Pirate Hunter. You start in Albion with a Plutarch police license, a decent boarding crew, basic gear and 1 Credit.

This mod changes the ships of the pirate factions.
* L and XL ships can carry cargo now, making a capture potentially more lucrative.
* The pirates use a greater variety of ships and variants.
