Adding copy ability support for the new Kirby character - he will give the Fire ability (as Paint is not available).

(pushed so many small updates on release day that I didn't bother to explain all the changes, but here's the latest)

- Made sure that a previous bugfix for the side and down specials being despawned against their will actually got implemented
- Forward tilt now draws grabbed opponents into the claw so it is more clear that someone is trapped
- Revamped down tilt, instead of a generic forward angle it now pops opponents up with low knockback
- Slightly increased down strong's base knockback

Lobster is also happy with the size he already is
