Enabling the custom crosshair nolonger changes ttt_disable_crosshair, the
default crosshair is nolonger rendered within the base SWEP struct.

Added gamemode checks. TTT hooks are now only used when playing TTT. Standalone cl_custom_crosshair_menu for non-ttt gamemodes. The crosshair is not yet hooked into the hud for other gamemodes.
