Icon update

Tentative to fix the animation of the grinder (flying part)
Still no clue on why sometimes the model doesn't initialise correctly

Bug Fixing:
-> Corrected Twin Grinder Icon (Small and Big Variant)
-> Corrected Block Variants (Included the drill)
-> Corrected the build cost to include the power components.

Added Twin Drill Block

Fixed a typo in the script preventing the game logic to be played on the block.

Script Debug Correction

- Polished the animation script for DS.
- Added acceleration transition .

Removed the "scrached" version of the material which cause some unpleasant view at with some light / Distance.
