sage mode no longer gaining from hitting people

--- Nspecial can only be charge to lv2 max

~ Fspecial on a lv3 ball absorb it and enter sage mode

-- Fspecial actual hitbox scaling .7 -> .3

+++ Normal Balls (not the one got hit by strong attacks) can bounce off screen border and keep existing until their life time run out.

-Strong Ball bounce off target instead of dissapear (So bat bat can't make a new one and have to chase in order to continue fire Strong Ball)

--If start from ground, roll/dodge will have additional lag to normalize roll timing


- Fstrong have alots more hitpause
