[Hotfix]
- Added Up Special Cooldown HUD icon
- Uspecial *platform/character pin limited to two uses in the air.
Resets cooldown on landing

*Uspecial wall pin is considered a different cooldown and can only be
used once in the air and doesn't reset until you land on stage.

[Down Special]
- Spawns the box as a hitbox instead of a solid object
reducing gimping abilities

[General]
- Added HUD icon for Dspecial cooldown
- Uspecial cannot be recovered from cooldown when landing on Needle platform or Box Platform

[Uspecial]
- Needle pulls on land when pinning to walls without having to press up special again
- Adjusted speeds when being pulled
- Fixed bug with certain angles only joystick players could use
- Fixed a bug where the needle would not display for joystick players
- Added SFX for when needle is launched
- Adjusted hitbox for Needle
- Added Extended Parry Stun to Needle

[Dspecial]
- Adjusted Box hitbox knockback scaling
- Box now bounces back after hitting someone
- Box interaction with Needle doesn't instantly break the needle
- Box should no longer fall through platforms

- Added SFX when releasing special
- Fspecial charge resets on death

[Dstrong]
- First hitbox cannot be Tech'd
